Abstract: Cartilage injuries of the hand and wrist can be debilitating in the athlete. Diagnosis is difficult given the broad spectrum of presenting symptomatology. History and physical examination is crucial to achieve the correct diagnosis, and advanced imaging can offer helpful assistance to the clinician as well.
