Treatment of Divided Nevus of the Penis with Circumcision and Free Inner Prepuce Grafting

Abstract: Summary:Divided nevus of the penis is exceedingly rare. Desruelles et al. reported the first divided nevus on the penis in 1998, and, since then, only 17 cases have been reported in the English language literature. This article presents the successful excision and histopathologic evaluation of the nevi. The glans was reconstructed by a full-thickness skin graft using remnant foreskin.
