Treatment of Difficult Pancreatic Duct Strictures Using a Cystotome: A Single-Center Experience

Abstract: Background/Aim: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is one of the useful treatment for treating diseases that cause pancreatic duct stenosis. However, if the stenosis is severe, accessories other than the guide wire cannot pass through. This makes the ERCP procedure difficult.
