Treatment of Caliceal Diverticula

Abstract: Caliceal diverticula represent a therapeutic challenge for the endourologist. Treatment options for symptomatic, stone-bearing, caliceal diverticula include shockwave lithotripsy (SWL), ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrostolithotomy/ablation, and laparoscopic unroofing.
