Treatment of Acne with Isotretinoin Should Be Avoided in Patients with Hidradenitis Suppurativa “Conglobata Phenotype”

Abstract: <b><i>Background:</i></b> Acne conglobata (AC) and nodulocystic acne have long been confused clinically, despite the presentation and the response to treatment being different.
