Delayed gastric emptying is a common complication of pancreaticoduodenectomy, 5 but the patient had two gastric‐emptying scintigraphies showing normal solid gastric clearance. Bile reflux shown on the patient's gastroscopy could have stimulated some of the nausea and vomiting.…”
