“…While research into TFC has often been criticised on methodological grounds (such as lack of control groups or reliance on 'soft', subjective data), MTFC has almost invariably been treated as an 'honourable exception', due to the OSLC's use of randomised controlled trials and rigorous methodologies (Hudson et al, 1994;Curtis et al, 2001;Cross et al, 2004;Dore and Mullin, 2006;Lee and Thompson, 2008).
