Introduction: Cerebral palsy (CP), a non-progressive brain disorder, occurs due to the destruction of the brain during its development and causes neuro-muscular disturbances. CP patients are highly susceptible to dental disorders. Here, we present a case of eosinophilic ulcer in the tongue of a boy who had CP with multiple carious teeth, for whom oral rehabilitation was carried out under general anesthesia.
