left anterior mini-thoracotomy in whom a periapical subcutaneous collection appeared in the anterior thoracic wall 18 months after the procedure. The tissue defect was efficaciously repaired
via
intercostal artery perforator flap, preserving the thoracodorsal and internal mammary arteries.
