Traumatic Hemipelvectomy with a Contralateral Unstable Pelvis and Acetabular Fracture

Abstract: With advancements in resuscitative techniques, carefully timed and planned surgical interventions, and a coordinated multidisciplinary approach, a greater number of patients may be able to survive a massive pelvic injury.
