Traumatic glaucoma with features of unilateral pigment dispersion

Abstract: SummaryWe report a patient with traumatic glaucoma with features of unilateral pigment dispersion. This rare form of secondary glaucoma has only been reported twice previously, with both patients demonstrating angle recession, indicating associated damage to the trabecular meshwork.
