Traumatic Dorsoradial Trapezium-Metacarpal Joint Dislocation

Abstract: A trapezium-metacarpal joint dislocation is a rare pathology reported in <1% of all hand injuries. Due to the rarity of this type of injury, no clear standard of treatment exists. Various treatment approaches are reported in the relevant literature, mainly consisting of anterior and posterior dislocation of the trapezium-metacarpal joint.
