Abstract:Key Clinical MessageThis case report describes successful bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation after a cardiopulmonary arrest due to a traffic accident, followed by early diagnosis and treatment of a traumatic atlanto‐occipital dislocation, resulting in successful community reintegration.
