Abstract: Purpose: Report a clinical case of recurrent oral herpes associated to secondary bacterial infection and discuss its clinical manifestation, evolution and treatment. Case description: Male patient, 24 years old, complaining about edema in the lower lip associated to vesicles, pus drainage sites and pain.
