Tratamento cirúrgico radical de terceiro e quarto molares fusionados: Relato de caso

Abstract: A fusão entre um elemento dentário normal e um supranumerário apresenta diferentes modalidades de tratamento. Em regiões onde a estética não é imprescindível, a exodontia dos elementos fusionados geralmente é o tratamento de eleição.O objetivo deste estudo é relatar as características clínicas e o tratamento de dentes fusionados, bem como, relatar um caso clínico em que foi realizada a exodontia do terceiro molar fusionado com um quarto molar na região do dente 48.
