Tratamento cirúrgico de cisto de mesentério gigante

Abstract: RESUMOCisto de mesentério constitui uma patologia rara, cuja etiologia é desconhecida. A apresentação clínica costuma ser assintomática e é frequente o diagnóstico durante exames de imagem ou ato cirúrgico. O tratamento dessa patologia é cirúrgico e apresenta bom prognóstico, com baixas taxas de malignização. Apresentamos um caso de uma paciente com cisto de mesentério e uma discussão sobre a patologia e seu tratamento.
