Transversus Abdominis Plane (TAP) Block

Abstract: Transversus abdominis plan (TAP) bloğu, alt abdominal cerrahi sonrası, akut postoperatif ağrı tedavisinde kullanılan abdominal saha bloklarından birisidir. Karnın antero-lateral bölgesinde yer alan internal oblik ve transversus abdominis kas arasındaki anatomik nörofasiyal boşluğa, torakal interkostal (T7-T12) ve birinci lomber (L1) sinirlerin ön dallarını bloke etmek için lokal anestezik ajanların uygulanması işlemidir.
