Transversus Abdominis Plane (TAP) Block

Abstract

Transversus abdominis plan (TAP) bloğu, alt abdominal cerrahi sonrası, akut postoperatif ağrı tedavisinde kullanılan abdominal saha bloklarından birisidir. Karnın antero-lateral bölgesinde yer alan internal oblik ve transversus abdominis kas arasındaki anatomik nörofasiyal boşluğa, torakal interkostal (T7-T12) ve birinci lomber (L1) sinirlerin ön dallarını bloke etmek için lokal anestezik ajanların uygulanması işlemidir. TAP blok, postoperatif ağrı kontrolünde iyi bir yöntem olabilir. Bu yazıda TAP blok ile ilgili son bilgiler derlenmiştir.Transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block abdominal field blocks used in the treatment of acute postoperative pain after lower abdominal surgery. TAP block is a procedure in which local anesthetic agents are applied to the anatomic neurofacial space between the internal oblique and transversus abdominis muscle to block anterior branches of thoracic (T7-T12) and first lumbar (L1) nerves. TAP block may be a better method in postoperative pain control. In this review, the latest data's have been collect on TAP block.
