Transverse Density Fluctuations around the Ground State Distribution of Counterions near One Charged Plate: Stochastic Density Functional View

Abstract: We consider the Dean-Kawasaki (DK) equation of overdamped Brownian particles that forms the basis of the stochastic density functional theory.
