“…When these problems are associated with early anterior tooth loss, treatment of the case becomes even more of a challenge.The etiology of early loss of anterior teeth can be trauma, anomalies, and dental caries (3) leading to esthetic, phonetic, and functional problems (4). In the literature, a variety of treatments are described prosthetic replacement(5, 6) autotransplantation (7) and orthodontic space closure (6,8).
