Abstract: The exosecretes of the digestive glands contain two pools of hydrolytic enzymes - newly formed in the secretory cycle of glandulocytes and recreted from blood flowing to the glands. The second pool of enzymes is repeated many times due to the incretor transport and resorption of hydrolases and zymogens from the secretions of the ductal system of the glands and the chyme of the gastrointestinal tract into the composition of the interstitial fluid and the lymph formed by it.
