Intra-abdominal adhesions are normally found after most surgical procedures. Many of the adhesions are asymptomatic, but in about 5% they will lead to readmission due to adhesion-related disorders, such as small bowel obstruction, pelvic pain and infertility. This review discusses possible ways to prevent abdominal adhesions and provides an update as comes to where we stand today in research regarding experimental and clinical use of various antiadhesive agents.

В статье проанализированы основные методы, предложенные для предупреждения образования послеоперационных спаек. Наиболее высокий профилактический эффект дают средства для разобщения раневых поверхностей. Противо-спаечные барьеры защищают рану от механических повреждений и склеивания ее с соседними органами, оказывают благоприятное воздействие на репаративную регенерацию тканей. Перспективным методом профилактики образования послеоперационных спаек считается применение барьерных методов из ареактивных, биодеградирующих материалов. Соединения гиалуронидазы широко применяются как противоспаечные средства. Биосовместимые, абсорбируемые гелевые барьеры безопасны и эффективны. Поиски более эффективных противоспаечных компонентов и средств на уровне молекулярной биологии клеток продолжаются. Ключевые слова: спайки, противоспаечные барьеры.In the paper the analysis of the main methods proposed for the prevention of post-surgical adhesions is presented. Medications to isolate the wound surfaces provide the highest preventive effect. Antiadhesive agents protect the wound from mechanical damage and gluing it with adjacent organs, and have a beneficial effect on the reparative regeneration of tissue. A promising method for preventing the formation of post-surgical adhesions is the use of barrier methods of unresponsiveness, biodegradable materials. The compounds of hyaluronidase are widely used as antiadhesive agents. Biocompatible, absorbable gel barriers are safe and effective. The search for more effective antiadhesive components and tools at the level of molecular biology, cell is continued.
