Abstract:The authors describe a case of a 34-year-old woman who presented to the ER with acute epigastric pain caused by an 8-cm celiac artery aneurysm. The patient underwent total aneurysmectomy, distal splenopancreasectomy, and reconstruction of the hepatic arterial inflow using a fresh cadaveric iliac artery homograft.
