Transperitoneal Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty in Children

Abstract: Laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children is a safe, minimally invasive treatment option that duplicates the principles and techniques of definitive open surgical repair. It is technically challenging; with increasing expertise, operative times are reduced significantly.
