Transparência, monitoramento e avaliação de programas no Brasil: em busca de opacidades que podem restringir o exercício do controle social

Abstract: A nova lei brasileira de acesso à informação estabeleceu um conjunto de definições, princípios e diretrizes voltado à promoção da transparência e à viabilização do exercício do controle social sobre a ação governamental.
