Transnational Environmental Law and Grass-Root Initiatives: The Case of the Latin American Water Tribunal

Abstract: This article analyzes the role played by the Latin American Water Tribunal (Tribunal Latinoamericano del Agua - TRAGUA) (LAWT) in the resolution of environmental disputes over water resources.
