The first case of COVID-19 in Indonesia was reported on 2 March 2020 (Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, 2021b;Sitorus et al, 2021) and rapidly increased and quickly spread throughout Indonesia, and on 26 January 2021, the number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia had crossed the 1 million mark, to be exact there were 1,012,350 cases with 28,468 deaths (Case Fatality Rate / CFR 2.8%).
