Abstract:We demonstrate a free-space optical (FSO) communication scheme based on an all-optical wavelength converter (AOWC). An all-optical wavelength converter is constructed based on the four-wave mixing (FWM) effect, and information replication is achieved by adjusting the pump power and wavelength spacing to convert the light.
