Abstract:Introducción: la translucencia nucal (TN) se observa como una región hipoecoica al ultrasonido en la parte posterior de la columna cervical fetal, observable a la semana 11-14. El Pliegue Nucal (PN) muestra el grosor de la piel en la cara posterior del cuello del feto.
