Transitioning Communication Education to an Interactive Online Module Format

Abstract: Background The Changing Talk (CHAT) intervention successfully improves nursing home (NH) staff communication by reducing elderspeak. However, providing CHAT in NHs is challenging and costly due to presenter travel and staff scheduling.
