Transition to Turbulence near a Flexible Interface

Abstract: Transition to turbulence was observed in water flowing in a narrow rectangular channel provided with a flexible interface by making use of measurements of instantaneous velocity, as indicated by a deposited-film constant-temperature anemometer.
