Transition Related Dilemmas of Persons with Developmental Disabilities

Abstract: This study describes school to post-school transition problems, factors, activities and professionals involved in transition. Parents (n=86) of children with developmental disabilities, aged 14 and older, answered a questionnaire addressing study objectives.
