Transistors: Chemically Functionalized, Well‐Dispersed Carbon Nanotubes in Lithium‐Doped Zinc Oxide for Low‐Cost, High‐Performance Thin‐Film Transistors (Small 14/2016)

Abstract: A simple, wet‐chemical method for the surface functionalization of carbon nanotubes with hydrophilic groups is introduced in Li‐doped ZnO by S. Jeong, M. H. Ham, and co‐workers, on page 1859. This results in the uniform spatial distribution of single‐walled carbon nanotubes in ultrathin ZnO‐based matrix oxides, and facilitates high‐mobility, low‐cost metal‐oxide‐based thin‐film transistors.
