Transient Stability Analysis on a Multi-Machine System in Psat

Abstract: Modern power system are subject to large disturbances such as three phase short circuit faults. When a fault occurs on a system the generators rotor angle becomes unstable and thus it losses synchronism with the system and it becomes unstable.
