Transient Receptor Potential Channels in Chemotherapy-Induced Neuropathy

Abstract: Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) is a common dose-limiting side effect of many chemotherapeutic drugs, including platinum-based compounds (e.g., cisplatin and oxaliplatin), taxanes (e.g., paclitaxel), vinca alkaloids (e.g., vincristine), and the first-in-class proteasome inhibitor, bortezomib.
