Abstract:We investigated the integration of transient liquid-assisted growth (TLAG) approach for epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) films by physical deposition methodologies (pulsed laser deposition (PLD)), as an additional opportunity for high-throughput growth of YBCO.
