Transient Ischemic Stroke due to Hyperhomocysteinemia: A Rare Case Report

Abstract: Introduction: Cerebrovascular disease in childhood is relatively rare. Recently, there has been much interest in homocysteine, a sulfur-containing amino acid, as an important risk factor for vascular diseases including stroke.
