Transient electromagnetohydrodynamic radiative squeezing flow between two parallel Riga plates using a spectral local linearization approach

Abstract: This article addresses transient electromagnetohydrodynamic radiative squeezing flow due to convectively heated electromagnetic actuator. The transport analysis of heat and mass is explored considering the heat generation/ absorption and destructive species homogeneous reaction. Suitable transformations are applied on the mathematical model developed to convert governing partial differential equations to ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Spectral local linearization method (SLLM) is employed on the resul… Show more

“…Rout et al 16 gave a prediction about the influence of viscous dissipation and solid nanoparticles of copper on heat transfer in water and kerosene over an axisymmetric body that is squeezed in the radial direction. The impacts of Joule heating, viscous dissipation, and magnetic field on the transfer of heat in a Jeffrey containing nanofluid subjected to wall slip conduction are studied in References [17,18]. Eid 19 analyzed the simultaneous impact of convectively heated right surface porous medium and nonlinearity.…”

“…In this study, we have examined the combined effects of Hall in steady bioconvective flow through a Darcy‐Forchheimer porous stratum in mixed convection electrically conducting Casson nanofluid past a stretching sheet with stratification effects. Similarity transformations are used to transform the governing partial differential equations of the problem to a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations, which has been solved using the spectral local linearisation method 21‐23 . The paper is organized as follows: The mathematical formulation of the problem is presented in the next section.…”
