Abstract:Transient conjugate free convection in flexible enclosure is examined numerically. Isoflux heat sources are mounted in a left wall of finite thermal conductivity while a right wall is assumed to be hyper-flexible. The finite element method (FEM) is adopted to solve the governing partial differential equations, an arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian (ALE) approach inherent in the unstructured mesh. The governing parameters under consideration are: the number of the heat source, [Formula: see text], the thickness of t… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
