The synthesis of mathematical models is an inalienablepart of information technology. It allows for the analysis, prediction, and optimization of various systems and processes. A crucial component of this process is the selection of the correct mathematical approach and the validation of the model's adequacy. The proposed article is a component of the development of the visual-block modelingmethod, particularly forenhancing its library. As the library grows, the boundaries of applying the visual-block modelingmethod are expanded. The work's materials address the construction and use of a mathematical model of an electric arc using visual modeling tools. The proposed mathematical model has significantly higher efficiency compared to known models of the electric arc that adequately describesthe electro-physical process in the electric arc. This allows for a reduction in modeling time for complex electro-technical systems, which include the processes of arc formation and reigniting. The presented model encompasses the description of two processes: electrodynamicsand thermodynamicones. The voltage and current for resignationsare calculated automatically. The adequacy of the proposed model has been verified by comparing it with experimental data. Additionally, theadequacy of the proposed model is confirmed through the analysis of dynamic volt-ampere characteristics for various frequencies of the power source voltage. The developed mathematical model is formatted as an element of the visual-block modelinglibrary. This allows for the direct use of the proposed model for synthesizing models of complex electro-technicalsystems, including the electric arc, thus expanding the boundaries of applying the visual-block modelingmethod.

Ο κύριος σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι η διεύρυνση της γνώσης και της κατανόησης του μεγέθους των συνεπειών λόγω των φωτοθερμικών εκλύσεων και του ωστικού κύματος που εμφανίζονται κατά τη διάρκεια του ηλεκτρικού τόξου μέσω πειραμάτων, μοντελοποίησης και ανάλυσης. Προς την επίτευξη αυτού, αρχικά, σημαντικό βάρος δόθηκε στην ανάλυση προϋπαρχόντων δεδομένων που αφορούν τις συνέπειές του και τις πρακτικές που εφαρμόζονται από μηχανικούς για τη μείωση του μεγέθους των συνεπειών σε βιομηχανικά περιβάλλοντα. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται ο κύριος κορμός της έρευνας που αποτελείται από την πειραματική έρευνα που εκτελέστηκε για την διερεύνηση των χαρακτηριστικών του ηλεκτρικού τόξου και εν συνεχεία η πρόταση ενός αναλυτικού μοντέλου που αναπτύχθηκε για την ποσοτικοποίηση των επιμέρους εκλυόμενων ενεργειών. Τα ηλεκτρικά χαρακτηριστικά του αρχικού σταδίου ανάπτυξης του ηλεκτρικού τόξου αποκτήθηκαν πειραματικά μέσω διαφόρων συστημάτων που αναπτύχθηκαν κατά την διάρκεια της παρούσας μελέτης. Δύο μηχανισμοί έναρξης του τόξου διερευνήθηκαν: έναρξη εκκένωσης σε διάκενο σπινθήρα (self-breakdown spark gap: SBSG) και έναρξη εκκένωσης σε διάκενο σπινθήρα υποκινούμενη από το βραχυκύκλωμα της ανόδου με την κάθοδο λόγω παρουσίας σύρματος (wire-guided spark gap: WGSG). Αναπτύχθηκαν επίσης τεχνικές επεξεργασίας των πειραματικών δεδομένων για την απόκτηση των κυματομορφών της τάσης και της έντασης του ηλεκτρικού τόξου ούτως ώστε να υπολογιστεί η ηλεκτρική ενέργεια που βρίσκεται διαθέσιμη στην εκκένωση. Το αναλυτικό μοντέλο που έχει προταθεί βασίστηκε σε μια υδροδυναμική προσέγγιση για την περαιτέρω ανάλυση της εκλυόμενης ενέργειας σε επιμέρους που είναι η θερμική, η ακουστική-κινητική και η ενέργεια λόγω έκλυσης φωτός. Αυτή η ανάλυση των επιμέρους ενεργειών προσφέρει δεδομένα χρήσιμα για ζητήματα ασφαλείας, οι οποίες επιμέρους ενέργειες δεν λαμβάνονται υπόψιν επί του παρόντος στα υπάρχοντα πρότυπα. Επίσης, έχει εκπονηθεί η ανάλυση και η αξιολόγηση της καταλληλότητας των μοντέλων τύπου μαύρου κουτιού για την πρόβλεψη των χαρακτηριστικών του τόξου κατά την έναρξή του λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν το ηλεκτρικό κύκλωμα. Οι αρχικές συνθήκες για την ανάλυση του λόγου της έντασης προς την τάση του ηλεκτρικού τόξου εξήχθησαν από τις κυματομορφές που προέκυψαν από τα πειράματα για την διερεύνηση της αλληλεπίδρασης κυκλώματος-ηλεκτρικού τόξου. Αυτό μπορεί να θεωρηθεί ως ένα πρώτο βήμα προς τη δημιουργία μιας ακριβούς σύνδεσης μεταξύ των εκδηλώσεων των φωτοθερμικών εκλύσεων και του ωστικού κύματος του ηλεκτρικού τόξου σε επίπεδο μικροκλίμακας με την έντονη λάμψη και την έκρηξη που παρουσιάζεται στη μακροκλίμακα. Αναμένεται πως η περαιτέρω κατανόηση των περίπλοκων διεργασιών μετατροπής ενέργειας που εκτυλίσσονται μετά την έναρξη του ηλεκτρικού τόξου μπορεί να προσφέρει παραπάνω εργαλεία για την ποσοτικοποίηση των επιμέρους ενεργειών του τόξου και τη βελτίωση των μέσων προστασίας κατά κατά των συνεπειών λόγω του ηλεκτρικού τόξου και της έκρηξης λόγω αυτού.
