Transição e continuidade do cuidado na percepção dos enfermeiros da atenção primária à saúde

Abstract: Identificar as percepções dos enfermeiros da Atenção Primária à Saúde, quanto à transição e continuidade do cuidado. Estudo qualitativo e descritivo com enfermeiros de uma região de saúde de Curitiba, com coleta de dados utilizando questionário on-line (perguntas objetivas e descritivas) e análise de conteúdo, a partir das fases de pré-análise, exploração e tratamento dos resultados. “…Brazilian studies have been exploring the theme of continuity of care for preterm infants; however, indicators show that we still live with low adherence to follow-up and high dropout rates ( 9 ) .
