Abstract

Do you know if there are any ongoing (or pending?) studies on the clinical effectiveness of estrone vs. estradiol in MtF individuals? Anecdotally, different dosing regimens affect the E1/E2 balance, yielding radically different feminization trajectories. It would be nice to see that confirmed clinically, and new dosing guidelines generated to reflect that.
