Transforming an Organization into a Spiritual One: A Five- Pathway Integrated Framework

Abstract: This paper aims to provide a number of insights about the "what", "why", and "how" of workplace/ organizational spirituality, providing a clear and broader conceptualization and themes of the phenomenon.
