Transformational Leadership's Role in Promoting Corporate Entrepreneurship: Examining the CEO-TMT Interface

Abstract: Research about transformational CEOs' impact on firm-level outcomes, particularly corporate entrepreneurship, has been equivocal, partially because the underlying mechanisms remain largely unexplored.
