Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of Cross-functional Team Members: Empirical Assessment of Moderating and Mediating Effects

Abstract: purpose: The objective of this article is to examine the effect of transformational leadership on collective efficacy and organizational citizenship behaviour on cross-functional teams’ members.
