Transformational leaders’ approach to overcapacity: A study in correctional institutions

Abstract: This research attempts to examine the effect of transformational leadership (TL) on job satisfaction (JS) and job performance (JP) mediated by leader-member exchange (LMX) at all correctional officers in West Java.
