Transformation With Trustworthy Digital: Policy Desiderata for Businesses in Post Covid-19 World

Abstract: This paper discusses the global Digital Transformation trends in this pandemic and the state of end users' trust in digital offerings of businesses. It depicts the key factors and dimensions that impact digital trust and are necessary to succeed in post COVID-19 world. It then highlights the policy recommendations and way forward for businesses to ensure digital trustworthiness.
