Transformation of the Institutional Structure of the Banking System in the Digitalization Era

Abstract

Статья посвящена институциональным изменениям, происходящим в банковской системе в условиях цифровизации. Проанализирована роль необанкинга и даны перспективы его развития. Показано, как финтех влияет на процесс концентрации банковского капитала и даны рекомендации для крупных и мелких банков в данных условиях. The article is devoted to the institutional changes taking place in the banking system under the conditions of digitalization. The role of neo banking is analyzed and prospects for its development are given. It is shown how fintech affects the process of concentration of bank capital and recommendations are given for large and small banks in these conditions.
