Abstract:Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a clonal lymphoproliferative disease characterized by clonal expansion of B lymphocytes. Richter Transformation (RT) must be considered if CLL patient had fever, weight loss, cytopenia and resistance to standard therapy.
