Transfer of the human telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT) gene into T lymphocytes results in extension of replicative potential

Abstract: IntroductionAfter an antigenic challenge, naive T lymphocytes undergo differentiation and proliferation to become effector and memory T cells.
