Transcutaneous cervical miniesophagostomy

Abstract: Nasogastric tubes have been shown to cause damage to the pharyngolaryngeal complex, producing laryngeal inflammation, granulation, muscle damage, and even vocal cord immobility. The coexistence of nasogastric and tracheotomy tubes after conservation laryngeal surgery is especially harmful.
